Changing Colors LLC was founded to honor the life and legacy of Quintin Rashard-Jmarr Forest. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, barrier-free social services to at-risk youth in Dayton, Ohio, who have experienced or are vulnerable to exploitation, substance use, or homelessness. Our mission is to restore dignity, stability, and hope, meeting young people where they are and guiding them toward safer, healthier futures.
